You don’t automatically need to visit ICBC just to arrange pickup. Ownership documents, licence plates and any insurance cancellation or transfer questions depend on your situation. Ask ICBC or your Autoplan broker about insurance and plate requirements; don’t assume towing cancels your policy.

A typical pickup takes 15–30 minutes on site for paperwork, payment and loading. That’s time at the vehicle, not an arrival guarantee. Remove belongings from the cabin and trunk, have available documents ready and keep the agreed approach clear.

We send vehicles we buy for recycling through approved BC recycling facilities. Recoverable parts and metals can be reused or recycled, while fluids, batteries and other automotive materials need proper handling.
